I can advise, treat, be your advocate and coach from the comfort of your own home.

I am a practising nurse, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Decongestive Lymphatic Treatment Therapist (techniques according to Dr Vodder), Relaxation and Meditation Instructor/ Coach and a Reiki Practitioner.

Lymphoedema is my passion and all the skills I have learnt over the years have all been useful in my treatments in one way or another.
